Hi Karen,
This is my absolute favorite picture of Missy. Isn't she a doll!! She has really been the most fun of the three Shih Tzu's. Scioscia was SO laid back.......nothing bothered him. Jolie, on the other hand is SO temperamental. She does what she wants only when SHE wants to. She just wants to set next to you or in your lap.
Now Missy, on the other hand is a LOVER!! Kisses, Kisses, & more Kisses!! When I set at the computer I have to set close to the edge of the seat because she gets up and weasels her way behind me. She sets with her paws and face resting on the arm of the chair. She is the only one that we have had any problems traveling with. She was in constant motion. The vet gave me some meds, but it only made her more hyper. Finally, one day she climbed her way up on my shoulders and pushed her way behind my head.
Now, no matter if I am driving or riding, her seat is between my head and headrest looking out the window. She must feel more secure there. The other two have been like kids and would go to sleep immediately when the car is in motion. Then there is her funny little exited jump. The dogs I've seen jump "up" when they get excited or want something....like they are extending their arms. This cutie lays down flat on the floor with her front paws extended and then she bounces her bottom up and kicks her legs out.... over & over & over. She sort of looks like a bucking bull or a rabbit hopping, but both would have to be on speed. She's like the pink rabbit that keeps going & going & going until she gets what she wants. I guess I make her sound hyper, but she isn't. She isn't yappy, but she is vocal when she wants something. I swear she can talk!
Again, thank you for such a wonderful baby.

Hello
On 11/28/03 I bought a mini.schnauzer from ya'll. Just wanted to let ya'll know that she is doing great. She has really made me so happy. I have epilepsy and had surgery last year (June 2002). Since then things have been tough for me. Having her in my life has made it so much better. She is just what I needed.
Thank you so much for her.
When I received the UKC form to complete, I noticed my father (Jim) gave ya'll the wrong zip code. This is why it took so long for me to reveive the form. We were given a new zip code about 3 months ago, so it gets confussing to remember the right one. I have completed the form and mailed it in. Just in case you do need it, it is 70762.Once I get my pictures I took of her, I will send ya'll one.
Again, thank you so much.
Take care and have a very Merry Christmas and A Happy New Years.
Ashley

Dear Karen,
Just a note to tell you how we love Jazz-she's a great pup! She goes with us as much as possible-we just went to Texas and she went into hotels-cafe's-shopping malls-Walmart with us! She is so pretty. Potty training was doing great and then we are going backwards-maybe this will pass. But oh she's smart-loves her Daddy. But sits in my lap while I put my makeup on each morning & sleeps on my head at night.
Thanks again and God bless! We love her so much!
Thanks, Lisa & Joe Golleher

Hi Karen and Chris!
Just a little update on "our" dog. He is a whopping 4 pounds now. Doubled his weight in 2 weeks! He had another set of shots yesterday, and is going in for his first "beauty shop" appointment next week. We are doing good going "potty" on the paper, but we still have alot of work to do on the poopy part! He is a joy and so glad we got him. Will try to keep posted on his progress!
Terri
I just thought you might like an update on Bentley. He had his first grooming yesterday and really looks cute. He is getting so fuzzy it is surprising how light he is when you pick him up. We are still working on the potty training, but at least he is getting better! he is getting a diffinate personality now. He will get his toys and strow them all over the house just like a child. Now if we could just teach him to pick them up! Ha.
Thanks again for him!
Terri

Karen,
I'm not sure you remember who I am but my name is Geneva Rhodes and I live in Ashdown, AR. I spoke to you on phone a few months ago about a Jack Russell puppy we purchased from you in March 2003. We named him Petey and he is the greatest little dog anyone could ever want to own. He is intelligent, inquisitive, loving, energetic, and just a joy to have around! He has become an important part of our lives and I can't imagine life without him now that he's been with us.
We thought he needed a playmate so we purchased a female Shihzoo and they get along great! I just wanted to send you these pictures of our Petey and assure you that he has a good home and will be cared for in a loving enviroment as long as he lives.
Thank you so much, Geneva Rhodes

4-6-04 Dear Mrs. Vaughn,
Just a few lines to let you know how much we are enjoying our Schnauzer, KLINK. He is nearly 7 months old, weighs 20 pounds and is full of energy. We both take care of him and he is learning real well. He will now walk beside me and sit on command. He loves to ride in the van or car and never gives any trouble. He has had only one "accident" in the house and will go to the door when he wants out.
Here is a picture of him. We are on the back patio with the gate to the dining area. He could jump over but does not.
Thanks so much,
Frank and Betty Hartsfield

Karen,
The boys are great. We got 10 inches of snow yesterday and they are having a ball in it. They kind of hop thru the snow, chasing each other. I am so glad that we got the two of them because they keep each other entertained and us to, I really think they would be lost with out each other. John took them to the vet the other day and Bunz weighs 15 lbs. and Braut weighs 20 lbs. I think the two of them keep John busy in his retirement too. I will sure pass along your name if I hear of anyone looking for a puppy.
Take care,
Jeanne |
